Review (December 7, 2011)

Ok ... not sure why people always compare every tab made on Planet Earth to the damn iPad - but - people get real. Not everybody can afford a iPad & frankly I will admit I would "like" one - I cannot afford spending that kind of money when the unemployment rate is close to 9% & I've lost 90% of my income because the company I use to work for no longer exists.
Having said that - this tab is incredible.

I bought mine via Kohl's when they were having their Black Friday & paid $99.00 for it after Kohl's discounts. I'm not a super techie, but I know how to use Google & I know how to follow directions. I had this tab rooted, upgraded to android 2.3.5 & the FULL google market place installed in about a hour & I only had to visit one website - which I can't post here of course - but all you need to put into google is root pandigital planet & badda boom badda bing one really good website will pop with all the knowledge & links you will need to get this tab working - better - then it came out of the box.

Sure - the screen isn't perfect (really depends on the website folks - if a site is formatted correctly the screen touch is perfect - I use Mini Boat Browser Free) - but - as mentioned I paid $99 for mine. After I tweaked this little tab - has not frozen up, crashed, failed me yet & it's been almost three weeks.
I had another tab from Velocity that died after three months & I couldn't be bothered trying to get it replaced because I only paid $79 for it, so, between this tab @ $99 & the Velo @ 79 (which was a great learning experience) I've still only spent a grand total of $178 - which is less then the Fire & way less then HALF price of a iPad2.

This tab is NOT a toy & even my wife whom is not a super tech is happy using it - she hated the Velo.
